The most amazing thing about Christmas is that it is God breaking into our world, upsetting the natural order of things, inserting Himself in all our cultures in the form of His son, and then working amongst us for 33 years. What patience, what love, what faith in the process, that this was going to transform our world in ways unexpected and sometimes unseen to us; and that that one seed planted amongst our race was to change everything forever, reconciling us to Him, and enabling us to fulfill our destinies, and start bringing heaven to earth as originally planned. All of this in Jesus of Nazareth = Emmanuel = “God with us.” That is cause for celebration!!

The sights and sounds invade us
We should have learned to love by now,
But peace on earth evades us

A friend who is a well known performer/artist has been working on on a Christmas album for the last few months, so I got inspired to 'jump on the bandwagon' so to speak and get something in advance for that most special of occasions. Every year I want to do a Christmas song, but always miss doing it in time--but this year I got the song in time to finish it for this upcoming Christmas.
Please remember IT'S JUST A DEMO--it will be embellished with more voices, instrumentation and appropriate sounds suitable for the occasion!
